Welcome to Yoga Calm™ my grounding, healing approach to yoga designed to support your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and help you feel safe, strong, and calm from the inside out.
I’m a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, with specialist training in:

My training journey has included incredible teachers and schools such as Lakshmi Rising, Costa Rica, Real Flow Yoga, UK, and Yoga Medicine, and my teaching continues to evolve in line with science, intuition, and the seasons of womanhood.
I am registered Yoga Alliance Professional.

Private 1:1 sessions at my peaceful home studio or online via Zoom - tailored completely to you, whether you're looking for strength, flexibility, softness or deep rest.
Weekly group class in Cannich every Wednesday 7:30–8:30pm - a grounding hour of breath-led movement, gentle flow, and rest.

My philosophy
Yoga, to me, is body medicine.
It’s how we calm the noise, return to ourselves, and move through life with more grace and resilience.
Whether you're managing stress, anxiety, burnout, hormonal shifts, pregnancy or postpartum - yoga has the power to hold you.
My classes are gently guided, and rooted in nervous system support. Think: slow breath-work, conscious movement, calming music, and space to soften. No pressure, no performance. Just you, returning home to you.
